Refund policy

Returns: 30 days from delivery to request a return.

1) Free returns — Apparel

  • Free returns for apparel, including change of mind

  • Must be unused/unworn, with tags, in original packaging

2) Mugs — change of mind (return shipping paid by customer)

  • If you return a mug because you changed your mind, you pay return shipping

  • We refund the item price after inspection

  • Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable where permitted by law

3) Defects, damage, wrong item — Fully covered (Apparel + Mugs)

If your order is defective, damaged, or wrong item/size/color:

  • Choose free replacement/exchange or a full refund

  • We cover all costs, including shipping/return shipping where required

Transit damage proof: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. This helps us process it quickly and does not limit our guarantee.

4) How to start

Email support@wheelycooltees.com with:

  • order number

  • what you need (return/refund/exchange)

  • photos (only for damage/defect/wrong item; include packaging photos for transit damage)

If accepted, we’ll send return instructions (and a prepaid label when applicable).

5) Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we’re informed of your return/withdrawal. We may wait until the item is returned or you provide proof of return shipment.

6) EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal

EU/EEA orders can be returned within 14 days for any reason (included in our 30-day policy). Return shipping is typically paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise.

No returns: gift cards.
