Payment security

Card and digital wallet payments are authorized at checkout and processed by our payment providers through secure connections (TLS/SSL). Wheely Cool Tees does not store or handle full payment card details.

For best security, we recommend using an up-to-date browser and a secure internet connection during checkout.

Order cancellation

An order can be canceled only before production/fulfillment begins. To request a cancellation, email support@wheelycooltees.com and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Payments are authorized at checkout. If your cancellation is accepted before production/fulfillment starts, any captured payment will be refunded in full.
