We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. To help reduce environmental impact and avoid return shipping delays, we highly encourage you to consult our Sizing Chart before placing your order.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding any issue with your order. Requests received after this 30-day window cannot be processed.
⚠️ 1. If We Made a Mistake (Defects & Errors) If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will fix it immediately. We take full responsibility for our errors.

Returns: We will provide a prepaid shipping label at our expense. Please note that items must be returned to us for inspection before a final refund is issued.
🚴 2. General Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a solution under our 30-day policy (outside of our own errors), your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused and unwashed.

It must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be completely free of any odors (including perfume, smoke, or sweat from a ride).

It must include the original packaging.
📏 3. Sizing & Change of Mind We want you to have the perfect fit. If you need a different size or simply change your mind, here is how we handle standard returns:
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. To process this, the item must be shipped back to the authorized return facility provided in your return instructions.
- The Process: you must first contact support@wheelycooltees.com to receive the correct return authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
💳 4. Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
